Our programs are designed for individuals and teams/organizations that want to:
- Align actions with values,
- Deepen trust and honest communication,
- Make a bigger positive difference in the world,
- Renew energy and vocational spark,
- Work more constructively with conflict, or
- Strengthen leadership from the inside out.
We offer:
- seasonal retreat series for people in serving professions, (including education, human services, early learning, childcare, philanthropy, not-for-profits, community service, clergy, healthcare and related fields)
- weekend Circle of Trust ® retreats
- whole or half day gatherings on selected themes (ie parenting, race/racism, cross class dialogues)
- Retreats for alumni of past WC&R series
- Custom-designed retreats for workplace teams and organizations, on- or off-site
- Conference sessions and workshops
- Individual leadership coaching, and
- Special events
