In the tradition of Courage to Lead®, this series of dinner gatherings will provide rich opportunities to step out of the fray of school leadership in these difficult times and reflect on what’s most important to our professional selves. This is not another workshop about skills nor a pity party, but an opportunity to nourish the soul of leadership with facilitated reflections and conversations that matter, good food and good company. The intent is that we leave more refreshed and encouraged than when we arrive. Session topics include “on building a circle of trust,” “holding the tension between reality and possibility,” and “not losing me amidst the demands of we.”
