As a complement to the renewal of retreat settings, WC&R offers a wide array of programs and retreats for work-based teams and leaders – each custom-designed to address a team, school, or organization’s specific needs.

Our unique approach helps groups and leaders develop skills they need to:

• deepen trust
• communicate honestly about what matters most,
• align actions with vision and values,
• work constructively with conflict,
• explore hidden obstacles, or
• manage unsolvable problems.

We have worked with dozens of organizations, schools, and leadership teams in:

• individual leadership coaching

The Courage & Renewal facilitator group contains individuals highly experienced in conflict resolution, Polarity Management™, core reflection, appreciative inquiry, open space design, organizational development, Integral Coaching™, cultural competence and more. In addition, facilitators incorporate a wide array of skills specific to their professions (education, human services, philanthropy, social work, organizational development, and leadership).
